About Your Visit
When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by one of our business office staff members who will perform check-in services. You will need your insurance card, photo identification, and your copayment or deductible. Upon completion of the registration process, a registered nurse will escort you to our pre-op area where you will be prepped for your procedure. Just prior to your procedure, a member of your surgical team will arrive to discuss the procedure and respond to any questions you may have. If your surgery involves anesthesia, you will have a similar meeting with your anesthesiologist. After, a registered nurse will take you to an operating room (if you are having surgery) or to a pain procedure room (if you are receiving a pain injection). When your procedure is over, you will be taken to a recovery area and cared for by a registered nurse. You will be discharged once you meet discharge criteria.
