About Your Visit
When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted by one of our business office staff members who will perform check-in services. You will need your insurance card, photo identification and your co-payment or deductible. Upon completion of the registration process, a registered nurse will escort you to our pre-op area where you will be prepped for your procedure. Just prior to your procedure, your physician will arrive to discuss the procedure and respond to any questions you may have. If your surgery involves anesthesia, you will have a similar meeting with your anesthesiologist. When these discussions with your physician and anesthesiologist (if applicable) are completed, a registered nurse will take you to an operating room (if you are having surgery) or to a pain procedure room (if you are receiving a pain injection). After your procedure is over, you will be taken to a recovery area and cared for by a registered nurse. When you are stable and feeling as comfortable as possible, you will be discharged home.
