Directions: 

From the South via I-25:

Take I-25 North towards Fort Collins.  Take Exit 217A on the left to merge onto US-36 West toward Boulder. Take CO-157 N/Foothills Pkwy exit toward CU Stadium.  Continue onto CO-157 N/Foothills Pkwy to Pearl Pkwy.  Turn right onto Pearl Pkwy (signs for Pearl Street).  Boulder Surgery Center is the first building on the right.

From the North via I-25:

Take I-25 South towards Denver.  Take Exit 235 West.  Turn right onto CO-52 W/State Hwy 52 W toward Niwot.  Turn left onto CO-119/Diagonal Highway. Continue onto CO-157 S/Foothills Pkwy.  Take the Pearl Street exit.  Keep left at the fork to continue toward Pearl Pkwy.  Use the rightmost left lane to turn left onto Pearl Pkwy.  Boulder Surgery Center is the first building on the right after the Foothills Pkwy overpass.

 

As a reminder, if you are having surgery of any kind, we require all patients to make arrangements for a ride home and be turned over to the care of a responsible adult upon arrival home. You will not be allowed to drive, walk or take public transportation following sedation or anesthesia. Please make appropriate arrangements.
