Billing for services provided at Boulder Surgery Center is handled by SCA “Surgical Care Affiliates”, a centralized billing office located in Denver, Colorado. They are responsible for submitting claims to your insurance carrier and collecting any balance that your insurance determines is your responsibility.

If a balance is due after your claim has been processed through insurance, a bill will be sent to you by SCA. Please contact SCA to arrange a 3-month payment plan. If you need longer than three months to pay your balance, you will need to apply for financing through CareCredit.
